I start working on your project
after a 100% advance payment.

I create a 3D model
to choose a suitable angle. At this stage you can change the viewing angle? dimensions and position of the furniture.

I create a sketch
of your project and send it to you in any format.

It takes no longer than 2 working days to produce a sketch. Additions to the specification that arise during the course of the work will not be considered within the specified time.
The technical task for the architectural (exterior) sketch:
- Images of the façade of the house from all sides, to scale
- Exterior materials of the house (photos or links)
- Planting plan, plant descriptions (sizes and names) and its photos or references (if you want them to be shown on the sketch)
- General plan/ground plan of the site
- Floor plans with dimensions
- Roof plan
- Elevation drawings
- Lighting plan, type of lighting with dimensions (photos or references)
The technical task for the the interior sketch:
- Furniture layout plan with dimensions
- Photos or references to the planned furniture
- Ceiling: cladding material, colour, pattern, decorative elements
- Paint or wallpapers for the walls (photos or references)
- Flooring material (photos or references)
- Textiles (curtains, bedspreads, cushions): photos or references
- Lighting plan and types of lighting (photos or references)

- After you receive the finished sketch, you can send me 1 list of changes you want to make (e.g. adding or removing decor, changing the colour of the chair, etc.).
- When coordinating the 3D model, you can change the angle, dimensions and position of the furniture.
Yes, before drawing a sketch, I create a 3D model in Archicad.
Based on this model, we agree on the right angle for the sketch, and you can also see the room in volume and make adjustments if necessary.
After I have drawn the sketch and made edits, I send you a file with the 3D model that you can use for further work if necessary.
